Yoga is a form of physical and mental activity consisting mainly of postures, often connected by flowing sequences, sometimes accompanied by breathing exercises, and frequently ending with relaxation lying down or meditation.

A total body check in, combining so many elements of fitness - strength, balance and flexibility. It helps to relief back pain, heart conditions, stress and it brings boost of energy and better mood into your ever day.

Online reservation

Meet me in private, virtual class. Classes are done via Zoom/WhatsApp/Messenger. Sessions will be held on Slovenia time in CET zone. Please be aware that your class won't be refunded if you miss it.

A cancellation policy of 24 hours and payment will be applied.
